1. Introduction

The website https://omikg.omigroup.vn (the “Website”) is owned and operated by Omi Group Joint Stock Company (OmiGroup). The Website is built to provide information about products, healthcare technology solutions and delivery capabilities, as well as projects, case studies and cooperation activities of OmiKG. By accessing, browsing or using the Website, the User is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If the User does not agree with any part, the User must stop accessing and using the Website.

2. Scope of use

Users may access the Website for lawful purposes, including: learning about products, solutions and services; consulting project information and case studies; and contacting us for cooperation, consultation or service delivery. Users must not: use the Website for unfair competition; copy or harvest data at scale (including scraping and crawling) without prior written consent; or take any action that affects the system, security or reputation of OmiGroup and/or related companies.

OmiKG is a knowledge-visualization tool; it does not provide examination, prescription or medical treatment, and information on the Website does not replace advice from a qualified physician. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for: any decision you make on your own based on information from the Website; loss of data or profit, or any direct or indirect damage arising from use of the service; or errors in the knowledge graph or causal-relationship mapping.

3. Content and project information

The Website may provide: information about products and technology solutions; case studies and real deployment models; and content relating to customers/partners that has been approved for publication. Users understand and agree that: the information on the Website is for reference only and does not constitute a commitment to deliver, a technical proposal or an offer to enter into a contract; applying the information in practice depends on the specific conditions and must be confirmed in an official written document; and Users may not use the information to perform reverse engineering, infer models or exploit it for commercial purposes.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Website is owned by OmiGroup or duly licensed, including without limitation: solution documents and system architecture; professional content and technical materials; and images, video, designs and trademarks. Users must not: copy, modify, publish or exploit the content without prior written consent; use the content for commercial or competitive purposes; extract or reuse the solutions, ideas or technical models to develop similar products/services; or perform reverse engineering or any act intended to reproduce our solutions.

Users may use the content for: research, study and teaching about root-cause medicine; and reference to the knowledge-graph information (which does not replace a doctor's advice). If you use the information for research or teaching, you must clearly cite the source: “OmiKG – OmiGroup, https://omikg.omigroup.vn”.

5. Rules of acceptable use

Users must not: violate the laws of Vietnam or other applicable laws; intrude into, attack or disrupt the Website system; distribute malware, viruses or harmful software; collect data unlawfully or exploit the system; use automated tools (bots, crawlers, scrapers, etc.) without permission; or impersonate any other organization or individual. We reserve the right to apply the technical and legal measures necessary to address violations.

6. User information and security

Users are responsible for: providing accurate and lawful information; keeping any access credentials secure (if any); and not submitting content that breaks the law or creates a security risk. The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with OmiGroup's Privacy Policy and in compliance with the 2025 Law on Personal Data Protection and related legislation.

7. Third-party links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services for reference. OmiGroup does not control and is not responsible for: the content, accuracy or timeliness of third-party websites; or the privacy policies or practices of those parties. Users access such links at their own risk.

8. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law: the Website is provided on an “as-is” basis; OmiGroup does not warrant that the Website will operate continuously, without interruption or free of technical errors; and OmiGroup does not warrant the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of all information. OmiGroup is not responsible for: damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website; your use of information on the Website for your own purposes; or unauthorized access by third parties.

9. OmiGroup's rights

We reserve the right to: amend and supplement the content of the Website and these Terms of Use; suspend, restrict or terminate access when a violation is detected; restrict access to certain in-depth content; and provide information at the lawful request of a competent state authority. Updated versions of the Terms take effect from the time they are posted; your continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the amended content.

10. Confidentiality of project and cooperation information

Users are obliged to: not disclose, copy or use project information or professional materials without valid consent; and comply with the confidentiality obligations under any agreement signed with us (if any), including a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or cooperation contract.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute arising will be resolved in the following order: negotiation between the parties; and, where no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved by the competent adjudicating authority in accordance with applicable law.

12. General

The provisions of this document are severable. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure or delay in exercising a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
